on Norwegian Passenger Busses

&B, flammable material / hidden diesel spray / diesel / electrical
cables / rubber engine hose - fires. In all tests the following procedures
were utilized:
The test fires and
with their fuel loads were prepared, prior to each test. All the demonstration
test were conducted and in line with Pyrogen (UK) Ltd., Technor Sontum

The above show typical installations of
MAG 5 and MAG 4 PyroGen generators in the engine compartment. This Motor
Coach had experienced a fire prior to the test that was not controlled
by the hand held extinguishers carried on board. The automatic control
system used in pyrogen will stop this type of loss within seconds of the
ignition.
