Gas analysis of the atmosphere inside the 737 EE bay shows how PyroGen extinguishes the fire. It  does not displace the Oxygen (O2 levels remain above 18.5%) inside the enclosure. While CO and CO2 levels stay below  (1 1/2%). These levels are well below the concentrations required to extinguish the fire with CO2, and above that of oxygen depravation, proof that PyroGen is a true chemical fire fighting agent.

All fires were out in 3 seconds this graph shows 15 minutes of data after the ignition of the PyroGen Generators.

Short path Laser Optical Density Meter (ODM) shows the distribution to the PyroGen Aerosol and it long term hold down capabilities. Optical density is the best indication of the amount of Aerosol in Atmosphere. These readings were takes 18 inches from the ceiling in the EE Bay. This is where the un-combusted materials or "flash over" gasses accumulate in a fire. Removal of the free radicals in this mixture, will inert the "flash over" materials and prevent reignition. Pyrogen is neutrally buoyant, it will not stratify and settle to the floor like Halon 1301.

(The loss of optical transmission across the laser "ODM" light path demonstrates how the PyroGen distributes "like a gas" throughout the enclosure. The yellow trace starts out with a value of 76 (100%)  prior to ignition and them drops off to .012 as the PyroGen aerosol floods the space inside the EE Bay.
